The MBS Delivery Framework has been honed and refined over years of developing complex technology solutions. The framework is built upon a suite of best practices such as CoBIT, CMMI, ITIL, SOX, and PMBOK. Best practice standards can be difficult to decipher and even more difficult to implement. Furthermore, no one standard is able to meet the needs of every organization. MBS makes it easy with our integrated set of tailor-made practices to meet the unique needs of any organization.
Special attention is given to evaluating Business – IT Strategy Alignment, Project and PMO performance, Service Delivery & Support, and Security & Risk Management.
The MBS Delivery Framework enables stakeholders to easily integrate different standards and make better use of IT processes and services. For example, stakeholders can use the best practices to ensure that the organization’s IT sustains and extends the organization’s strategies and objectives. This is done by optimizing IT-enabled investments and providing specific measures against which to evaluate IT performance.
Whether you are wrestling with organization-wide challenges or need some expertise in a specific area, MBS has the knowledge, experience, and certified professionals to help elevate your IT organization to the next level of effectiveness.
